Mr. Shiv Kumar Yadav, Founder of EliteButlers, comes from a military background that shaped his values of discipline and loyalty. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has worked with prestigious luxury brands such as Oberoi, ITC, Aman Hotels, Jumeirah Group, and Caesars Palace. His career includes managing multinational hospitality teams and personally attending to VIP guests in luxury suites, including heads of state, royalty, and celebrities.

As a Head Butler, Mr. Yadav specialized in curating seamless experiences for high-profile guests. He is also an internationally certified team trainer and LQA champion, recognized for conducting tailored training sessions for luxury hotels, corporate teams, premium real estate offices, and high-net-worth residences. His professional approach combines military precision with elite hospitality standards.

Known for his attention to detail and guest-centric approach, Mr. Chauhan has successfully catered to the distinct lifestyles of high-profile clients, overseeing exclusive amenities and crafting bespoke service experiences. He is also a recognized hotelier and trainer, offering expertise to luxury hotels, corporate clients, and HNI residences in elevating hospitality standards.
